一、依據菸害防制法第16條第1項第4款規定辦理。二、為維護民眾不吸二手菸之健康權益，建構戶外無菸環境，本局依據菸害防制法第16條第1項第4款規定，公告「臺北市政府衛生環境檢驗大樓(地址：臺北市北投區石牌路2段111號)所屬之室外場所及周邊人行道」、「臺北市大安區敦南街76巷綠地(位置：臺北市大安區敦南街76巷及基隆路3段22巷交叉口)」、「南港瓶蓋工廠台北製造所(地址：臺北市南港區南港路2段13號)及其東側10米通道」，自110年7月1日起為全面禁止吸菸場所。三、屆時違反規定於上開禁菸場所吸菸者，將依菸害防制法第31條第1項規定，處新臺幣2,000元以上1萬元以下罰鍰。
