一、依據菸害防制法第16條第1項第4款規定辦理。二、為維護民眾不吸二手菸之健康權益，建構戶外無菸環境，本局依據菸害防制法第16條第1項第4款規定，公告「國立臺灣師範大學公館校區(地址：臺北市文山區汀州路4段88號)之周邊人行道，自110年9月15日起為全面禁止吸菸場所」。三、屆時違反規定於上開禁菸場所吸菸者，將依菸害防制法第31條第1項規定，處新臺幣2,000元以上1萬元以下罰鍰。本案另載於本局網站(網址:http://health.gov.taipei)公告網頁。
