一、依據臺北市109學年度高級中等以下學校英語數位學習推廣計畫辦理。二、為鼓勵本市教師運用教育部國教署英語學習資源「CoolEnglish英語線上學習平臺（網址:https://www.coolenglish.edu.tw/）」（簡稱酷英網）於教學，並培養學生自主學習能力，增進學生生活中英語聽、說、讀、寫的能力，提升中小學學生英語學習成效，平衡英語學習落差。三、參加對象：本市公私立高級中等以下之學校之下列年級學生（年級之認定以109學年度即將就讀的年段為主）。(一)國小組：國小四至六年級學生(二)國中組：國中八至九年級學生(三)普高組：高二、高三學生(四)技高組：高職高二、高三學生四、活動時間(一)自109年7月11日起至109年8月30日止
