1.依「動物保護法」第14之1條第1項第6款規定略以：「捕捉動物，不得使用獸鋏」、第14之2條規定：「非經中央主管機關許可，任何人不得製造、販賣、陳列或輸出入獸鋏」，另第30條第1項第7、8款規定略以：「有違反第14條之1第1項規定，使用禁止之方法捕捉動物；違反第14條之2規定，未經中央主管機關許可，製造、販賣、陳列或輸出入獸鋏。處新臺幣（以下同）1萬5,000元以上7萬5,000元以下罰鍰」。2.為防止傷害動物，建構全民友善動物環境，請協助加強宣導，依動物保護法規定，不得使用獸鋏捕捉動物，且任何人不得製造、販賣、陳列或輸出入獸鋏，違者處新臺幣1萬5,000元以上7萬5,000元以下罰鍰。
