一、為提供從事聽障教育之人員交流其專業知識及經驗，彙集聽障教育資訊，並提供聽障學生展現其藝文創作之機會，本中心每年邀集稿件出版聽障教育期刊。二、徵求聽力醫學資訊、教師及家長教學教養經驗、成功聽障人士介紹、聽障者經驗分享、聽障學生優秀文章及藝術作品等與聽障教育相關之主題，投稿內容及注意事項請詳見稿約，敬請各界惠賜稿件。三、投稿日期：即日起至截稿日108年7月31日止。四、檢附「聽障教育期刊第18期稿約」及「聽障教育期刊第18期投稿者基本資料表」各1份。
